Alternative Con Rods for the 331/354 Hemi

Pontiac 400/455 connecting rods work well in 331/354 Hemi applications. Spence has used a set of SCAT "H" beam rods in a blown 354 Hemi. And at a cost of less than $400 (from Dynoflo), they are a good rod for the money.
