NMCA Hosts Late-Model HEMI Class

SANTA ANA, CA -- The NMCA Edelbrock Drag Racing Series, the #1 all-domestic muscle car show, hosted a special Late-Model HEMI class at the Atco, New Jersey, race. This class was designed to attract late-model HEMI racers from around the northeast to showcase the awesome performance of these new muscle cars. Over 20 late-model HEMI vehicles put on a great show for NMCA's fans and proved why their segment of the performance market is red hot and growing. Passionate late-model HEMI enthusiasts across the U.S., with new 300's, Magnums, and Chargers, are spending millions of dollars in performance street/strip upgrades every year.

"Following the huge success of our LSX Shootout in '07 that introduced LS enthusiasts to NMCA events, we decided to create an event that would attract late-model HEMI customers," said Charlie Harmon, president of the NMCA series.
