Nov21,2007 posted about a supercharger were installing on a 5.7 Hemi
May23,2008 We changed the stock s/c off of a ford lighting with a Kenne Bell, used the new MSD coil pack computer, with a magasquirt computer for the fuel system. The engine started instantly and was tuned with two computers in less then 15 minutes
Both computers cost under $1,000.00 total very nice systems for the money.Going to test drive the car this weekend. Also have NOS
Hooked up,the engine responds very quickly at idle & up on the converter, running a electric water pump/1/5-8--1/3-4 step headers,
TTI exhaust system,Dana 60 with 4:10 gears.TubroAction 10" converter,904 trans,no spacer needed for starter to work.Fabed a 90 degree adaptor to fit throttle body facing out of the 6 pack scoop. Everything fits under the 6 pack hood (very close)Will have vintage air hooked up in three weeks.Car will be done & detailed, detailed meaning, powder coat blower case, brackets, water pump plate, nuts, bolts, etc spring of 2009.Engine will replaced with a 6.1& stroker kit, engine will be at my shop next week.
may25,2008 Drove the Road Runner for three days,no problums, great set up.Engine stays cool with the electric water pump & electric fan.Water pump runs in a clockwise direction.Checked transmission all week with a heat gun, trans gets to hot,my fault thought i could get by with a deep pan an no trans cooler, will install a cooler this week.

Sounds like a great car. Any chance of a few pictures ? Send them to Scott if need be, and he can post them on here.

Nice setup.

Do you have any trouble under boost with the short wires. Many have tried this with the stock computer and ran into issues with miss fires under boost.

We do not run the stock computer, have a msd for coil packs & megasquirt for fuel.
The car has been running for a month with no problums at all.
can come out at an idle or up on the converter with no bog or hesitations
car also runs at 180 degrees
