Chris Jacobs' 1968 Plymouth GTX Custom Coupe

First acquired by MotorTrend’s Chris Jacobs in 2004, this GTX’s custom paint scheme was designed by Chip Foose, and applied by Foose and Mitch Lanzini. Year One supplied the 392ci crate HEMI; the engine swap was performed by “Graveyard Carz” and is featured in an episode of the show. The engine is backed up by the original TorqueFlite 727 automatic transmission and controlled by a B&M racing shifter. Custom airbrushed flames on the underside of the hood by Mike Lavalle add the perfect touch. The car’s custom exhaust is by MagnaFlow, and stopping power is provided by Baer disc brakes. The GTX hugs the road thanks to Foose wheels wrapped in Toyo Proxes R888 tires. 100% of the hammer price to benefit the C4 Foundation, which provides support and services to Navy Seals and their families. The C4 Foundation honors the legacy of Charles Humphrey Keating IV, a heroic Navy SEAL who was deeply rooted in his community and who gave his life defending our country and the freedoms we enjoy. **100% OF HAMMER PRICE TO BENEFIT C4 FOUNDATION** **WILL BE SOLD AT APPROXIMATELY 4:30 P.M. MST ON THURSDAY, JANUARY 16, 2020**
I hope this GTX sells for a huge amount for the C4 Foundation charity.
Being touched by Chip Foose and Graveyard Carz, it should do real well.
