I have someone asking me if there's an intake
for an S22 (291 DeSoto) to mount a 6-pack of
Stromberg 94 carbs? Would this intake exist?

There is an intake on ebay for the low deck DeSotos that carries 4 carbs..... can't say I've ever seen a tri power though someone may have produced one (weiand, edmunds, offy, edlebrock?)

This is my first post on here but i found this to be interesting. I work for a company called EELCo who is making this manifold now and is showing it for the first time next week.

Hot Heads has twin log 6X2 intakes.

In addition to the 6x2 log manifold, Hot Heads can get a fabricated 3x2 or 4x2 or even an 8x2 log manifold.

Weiand made a 6 two barrel manifold that would fit both the low and high deck desoto motors. They are around, but honestly they are no good for the street in my opinion. They were made exactly like a crower ufab but in aluminum. The two pieces connected together with heater hose, and that is why you could use them on any desoto motor.
