Hello..No, the engine has hydraulic lifters and cam..It is a new rebuild. Hot Heads reground the cam, rocker arms specialty put adjustable rockers and modified the exhaust rockers so I could use the stock Red Ram Valve Covers..
What I need to know is how to adjust the hydraulic valves..What is the correct procedure..
Thanks

I guess there are two ways. If the engine can be idled slow, You can adjust while running. Back off untill it clicks and tighten up some. There is a spec for the clearance at the valve with the lifter collapsed. I think it is .06 to .21. You would have to pull the pushrods and drain the lifters. This is a job best done before stating. You can find TDC for no 1 and go 180 out of rotation and set both of those . Continue around the firing order. I would try to set near the open limit.
