426 block availability

I am building a hemi for a boat. Kind of like a street rod boat. Have a NEW block with no numbers - purchased froma a Dodge dealer years ago. Has been line honed and is .020 over from the factory. Was going to sell it and buy one of the new blocks but I hear that they are temporarily out of production. Any information on that? What is the block I have worth. It is a 426 street hemi wth the "X" on it and no numbers stamped on the front pad. Casting date is 3 - 1 - 8. Shame to use it in a boat if it is worth more to a restorer.
