breather

We are putting the hemi back in our '69 J code Charger and purchased a Mopar Performance Parts breather (P4529896) that says it's good thru '69 but it does not have a nipple for the hose to go to the air cleaner. We believe it's not correct for our application. Help? Thanks!

The chrome breather with the nipple is being reproduced but I can't find the ad I saw for them. I have seen a few originals on Ebay but they are pretty expensive. If I find the repro ad I will post the info.

Thank you, Jack. I'll contact him; I'm thinking the Mopar Performance dates 64-69 are incorrect and we're supposed to have the nipple.
