Pretty cool Jeep!The T1 is a (sort of) TJ Wrangler in Egyptian military trim with a 116-inch wheelbase and the same Italian 2.8L diesel that came in the last incarnation of the Liberty. It has rear leaf springs to carry heavy loads. Burnsville Off-Road in Burnsville, Minnesota, found a used up T1 and built it into a Jeep that could enjoy civilian life.
They started by ditching the tired 2.8L and installing a Mopar Performance 6.1L Hemi crate motor with AEM stand-alone computer. A Getrag 238 six-speed manual was installed between the 6.1L and NVG241OR Rock-Trac transfer case.
