I have a 2004 Ram 1500 5.7 Hemi but the engine is blown, a rod came lose. I have a chance in getting a 2008 5.7 Hemi for next to nothing and I was wondering if I got the block would my 2004 heads fit? Or is there a difference in the blocks, from those years?

The blocks should be the same. As far as I know, there have been no changes made to the blocks of any consequence since they came out in 2003.
