2007 ram 5.7 MDS bypass?

Anyone know how to bypass the MDS so the cylinders don't shut down? How about bypassing the speed limiter?

You can install non mds lifters or reflash the pcm or both. The dealer sells the non mds lifters in a package with four lifters.

We definitely need to see a powerful tuner for the new HEMI.
And I'm not talking a tire size, speed governor, etc adjuster.
