5.7 swap into 98 ZJ with 44RE trans

Anyone know if the 98 Grand Cherokee auto trans will bolt up to a 5.7?

Hi,
All I know is that the new Hemi has a small-block bell-housing bolt-pattern, and as such, the SB-BH will bolt up. What I don't know is whether the transmission - automatic or manual - will allign torque convertor, pressure plate, or output shaft-wise. Anyone else know ?
