Methanol injection plate

This is my new methanol injection plate to sit behind the throttlebody. Flows 650ml.

I'm gonna hook it up outside the truck and watch the spray. There are 40 orifices which should allow much better atomization than one big jet. With better atomization comes better flashing into the air charge. Sounds good in theory but it was never flowtested in our dry intake.

One thing to consider, it's also a safety measure. Our throttlebody shafts are NOT sealed. That's why there are do not clean warnings on the TB. Soap will damage the ETC if you spray the tb clean. I've already seen TB failures because of gas spraying in through the TB. It moistens the throttleplate/shaft and then works its way into the ETC motor. Nitrous can have the same affect.
