two issues

First mt truck is making a clunking noise when i swing the stering wheel back and fortha t low speeds. It also does it if I have the wheel turned at take off. Cant not find anything loose but it is bugging the crap out of me.

It a 2004 1500 Quad cab Hemi

Second issue is the engine, at idle speeds it feels very rough, and has stalled once. Started right back up but WTF?

23,000 miles.
