JBA prices

Post by crashfirepm53 »

I found JBA headers for my 04 4x4 for $595.00 delivered. Anyone know a better deal or price? Edelbrocks are out but you use the Factory Y pipe but are a bit less. Opinions??

Headers

Check out Gibson. They got this cool new LOG HEADER that is supposed to produce some great torque and is a breeze to install. its flange location and domension is identical to the stock one so the stock CAT/Y-Pipe bolts right up. I plan on getting a set, keeping the stock Cats and having someone weld in JBA's new Stainless Y-pipe and using Gibson's Dual Sport Side exit exhaust. I prefer to keep my fullsize spare under the truck so I can't do the split rear exits. Plus the Dual side sounds just as nice and it is less restrictive than the rear dual. Less bends and turns in the pipe.

Check http://www.krcperformance.com on their JBA's. I got mine from them.

Here's my news article on Gibson's log header...

http://www.thehemi.com/news.php?id=20050602-1

"Increases torque as much as 25 foot-pounds of torque between
1600 and 3600 RPM." (From Gibson's press release.)
