Help ID a SP31 motor

Help with decoding your Hemi engine.

Help ID a SP31 motor

I have someone writing me with an early HEMI with SP31xxxxxx
printed on the number pad. It's believed to be a 354 or 392. But
I'm not able to place the number against my database. Does this
number mean something to anyone? What might I be missing?
