HEMI and Mopar Club database update

HEMI and Mopar Clubs

I made a couple changes to the clubs database page. First, you can now click to email or visit websites directly from the club listings page. Second, I'm going to start including Facebook, Pinterest and Twitter links for the clubs. "Alamo City LX Car Club" is the first to include a couple of those links. Not shown yet, I'm going to allow the clubs to submit a paragraph of text if they want to describe anything about themselves. And eventually I will make the database searchable.
