This is really cool and not to crap on a good thing....but " two blown Jr. Fuel Hemi dragsters "??? Huh??? 'Junior Fuelers' were all *unblown*! The two cars shown in the pic appear to be typical late-'60's-early-'70's vintage " AA/Fue l" - aka - " Top Fue l" dragsters. ...

Interesting! I wonder, since this package is not widely known or advertised and considering the very specific specs and specific mandatory options, if this CNG package was (or is being) built on special order for a single specific fleet customer - sort of like GM offered it's 'COPO' packages for fle...

Thanks for posting that, David. I am hoping mine will hit that hard. I just sent the cam to be reground at Oregon Cam Grinders. Going with .435 lift and 240 duration @ .050 on a 106 lobe separation. Solid of course. I wanted the lift low so as not to stress the long exhaust rockers. It should sound...

It's not just hp & torque...vehicle weight and the type of usage (or perhaps "abusage"?! :D ) is equally important when trying to prognosticate on potential trans reliability and longevity. How much does the car you're putting it in weigh and what are you doing with it??? mart ========...

Re: Sodium Filled Exhaust Valves...
If you're going to change the valves, while your at it, you may as well upgrade from the stock 331-354 1.94 intake valve to the slighter bigger 2.00 inch-diameter 392 intake valve. They're only .060 bigger but that's enough to make a noticeable difference in power. Plus, the cost for aftermarket 392-...

Re: Intake Manifold....
Just a thought....I noticed your carbs have the forward-facing fuel inlets. Some model 2GC Rochester have their fuel inlets on the side of the float bowl rather than at the front. Running two of them, it might be easier to plumb the fuel lines - and be better looking as well - with the side inlets. ...

I am not familiar with that carb number.....in fact, I think it's a typo. Not that that really matters and I certainly prefer no governors. He said that he measur...
