A website visitor writes that he just bought a 1956 DeSoto FireFlite
and it has an S23 (FireDome) Hemi engine. Would this have been
possible from the factory? Or does it mean that it was swapped?

Looking to find out what the head casting 1734049 is from?
The individual believes its from a 325, but trying to confirm.

What head gaskets to use: 241 Hemi ones or the 259 Poly ones?

I would assume 241 Hemi head gaskets.
But can anyone validate this information?

Intake casting 1822004, I believe, is for a 318 Poly.
