Your right, better change pistons. 8.2 to 1 forged. 8)

Might as well Change your intake and heads to the 6.1L Engines top end set up. Thatway you will have a bullet proof intake and maybe even 50 more RWHP.

I just thought i'd drop in on your forum and see what all the fuss is about. I own a 2002 Harley Davidson F150. I'm NOT here to flame your trucks! I just wanted to compare my performance to yours. It appears there is NO comparison. My truck weighs in at 5600#. Here is the slip #'s from my last trip...

My truck is NOT all modded out. I have ran modded Hemi's at the strip and beat them too. We do have Harley trucks running in the 10's (1/4 mi) on pump gas. We have a few in the 500hp/600tq club. Our trucks come stock with 340hp (not rwhp) and Hemi's come with 345...they say. Stock HD's eat stock He...

I don't know you guys, about these incredibly thin oils you are using.I've run Dodge & Chrysler V-8s all my life and I've always used the heaviest oil I can for the climate I'm in.Even when I lived in the arctic,I used 20-50 summer and 10-30 winter.During extremely cold spells(-40 to -50) I rel...

5w20 is factory fill and recommended. mopar is about the only place to get it though. i went synthetic mobil1 15w50 thinking the higher the oil pressure the better. but was suprised when my engine tick got much louder. a quick, yet expensive change to mobil1 5w30 cut the noise right back down. prov...

Its amazing how superior the Mopar Hemis are comapred to other Crates, with even with less compression, displacment and cam, the power band is not only more consistance, but significantly higher.
