Cool, so you guys are building another one, like a 354 bored over some? Killer, if so.

Re: Street Motor- HP Outputs

I'm planning a full disclosure (including some our monumental miscues) writeup on our 2007 Engine Masters Challenge 331 hemi. Hopefully I'll have some time in a week or so to put something together. In a nutshell, we were trying for a maximum average torque 2500 to 6500 rpm engine, and were not eve...

Re: Best Heads For Blown Street 392

I enjoyed the article by gene adams I really wish more people like this would share their knowledge on early hemis before they are gone! Most of us including myself or only going to build a naturally aspirated or blown engine for the street. So what would be the best heads for a stout blown street/...

I hope the early Hemi wins. Though I'm routing for Ryan(shadydell speed shop) also. He's the one that ported my E-brocks for my 340.

When I say that I don't have experience of not making the scissor work, I actually had it set up in my early A with a sb mopar of course. Just not with an early Hemi. But I bet it would work if it would clear the hood on the B-body's or E's for that matter.

The 392 is wider if I'm not mistaken. I'm not so sure you can't use power brakes if you get the small booster and you the sissor stuff from a 70 up A-body. It would be a trail and error deal, I don't have any experience making that work though. Just throwing out ideas.

I do believe there were silver. Now if I'm not mistaken the hot ones had gold valve covers and breathers where as the milder motors had black breathers. Maybe someone with more knowledge than I, will chime in.

I want a set so bad! I wonder how they would flow after being fully CNC ported. I wonder if you could get more than 400 CFM out of them.

I haven't had any 392 H-beams in my hands personally from anybody, but I would go with the cheaper set. Cambell's(?) has some also, which are K1's. I'm going to more than likely buy a set to put in my 392 also.

Keep up the good work. Are you guys going to make a four barrel intake for the 241/270 Dodge Hemis. I'm still interested in that. It would be neet if you make a killer single plane single four barrel for the 331-354-392 Hemi also.

Thanks.

Is it just the top side of the head on the valve cover, or is it all of them? Same question on the exhaust bolts is it all of them?

Thanks again for your guy's time.
