sorry must have been the bad coffee today , the cam went out at 2,000 miles

Hello fellow hemi heads, I just burned up a rebuilt 354, crank went bad after 2,000 miles...just found out about the lack of zinc ect in oils now days. Any ways, what is the limit for a 354 bore....4.0''? If I can only go .060 what is the best cam? A special regrind or..... I have a 700r4, built for...

Found the problem....dont pull the plugs with the engine hot...oil dripped in the #5 #7 cylinders.....
kept fouling out the plugs....
poured a little gasoline in the cylinders....BLEW OUT THE OIL.....
PUT MORE NEW PLUGS IN......runs just fine now...
any one use copper spark plugs?.......

Thanks..I went with a all aluminum street avenger 650, vac 2nds,electric choke...bolt it on monday...bought from Holleytv.com
should have checked Jegs first....much better deal ohwel!!!

Morning, new member here... I rebuilt a 354...went .030 over, stock valves, ross pistons, hotheads intake, cam= dur..050, adv dur= 300-300, lift=480-480, deg lobe=108...
