TrWaters, HemiAl's supercharged 426 dyno'd 740 at the wheels. With lets say a 20% drive train loss, that's 888 hp at the crank. At what level did the crank let go?

IMHO I dont think the block is going to let go on these engines. Sure there would be some piont, I feel sure they will laugh at 800hp.

I thought the MP 5.7 came with a cast crank, not a forged one. I have been thinking about build a Hemi but there seems to be alot of confussing. If the MP 5.7 has a forged crank this would help. Is there a diff between the MP 5.7 block & the 6.1 block? As far as strenth. I am wanting to turbo a ...
