This 390-hp 392 Hemi was an extra cost option for the 1957 Chrysler 300C Sport Coupe, which was a no power option model with a 3-speed on the column. I believe that it was a limited production run so the model would qualify for the NASCAR circuit. The car was not recommended for street use due to the rough idle and lower power at slow speeds.
